Returns and Exchanges
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM FOR YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT ACRESAUTOMOTIVE@YAHOO.COM. WE WILL GET THE WRONG PART EXHANGED OR REFUNDED ASAP.
THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once we receive your package, we'll start your refund or exchange immediately. You can expect to see the refund, less any restocking fees, credited within 5-7 business days, to the payment method that you used when you placed your order. If you selected an exchange, we will ship your replacement immediately upon receipt of your returned item.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We'll waive the restocking fees if we made a mistake or if the product was delivered defective.
CUSTOM PARTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original packaging and the items are in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to charge up to the full value of the product for items not received in this condition.
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Some products, including, but not limited to, custom patterned and custom, and painted items are not returnable
Products that shipped via freight, typically oversized and heavy items
Products that have been installed on your vehicle
Products that have been modified other than what they are manufactured
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While we pride ourselves in our partnerships with leading vendors, accidents happen. Email us at ACRESAUTOMOTIVE@YAHOO.COM once you've discovered the defect, and we'll correct it quickly.
INCORRECT PRODUCT or LOST PRODUCT
Email us at ACRESAUTOMOTIVE@YAHOO.COM and we will resolve it ASAP.
If it is our fault, we will cover freight. If it is not our fault, we will provide discounted freight in return. Please contact us before your order if you have any questions so we can prevent any returns. ACRESAUTOMOTIVE@YAHOO.COM
Orders will be processed from 9 am – 5 pm EST Monday through Friday. Please just email ACRESAUTOMOTIVE@YAHOO.COM and cancel within same or next business day.
